2016 Mustang GT350R [Add-On / Replace | ELS | Template]

Special Thanks to ToneBee for starting this project and Thero for setting up the ELS! We would like to introduce a Police version of the 2016 Mustang GT350R into the world of GTA 5. While the civilian version is still a WIP I decided to finish his midway progress myself and turn it into a Police version and release it! If enough people request a slicktop version I will redo the lights and release that as well! Please read everything carefully! If you encounter any bugs please post in comments section!
